How do your products ship?
We usually ship UPS and everything is shipped room temperature. If your products take longer than 4 days to arrive from the ship date please let us know, and refrigerate your breads upon receiving them, they'll last longer! In the hot summer months the breads can get moldy around 6 or 7 days if left out.
How long will my bread and cookies last?
Great question! Breads last 7 days at room temperature, a little longer if you keep them in the fridge (and up to 3 months in the freezer). Cookies last 14 days at room temperature and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
When will I get my order?
We process and ship orders on Monday's each week. All orders placed on Monday or later will be shipped the following week unless you requested otherwise (we're happy to do that). Sometimes holiday's adjust our shipping schedule but only by a day or two.
Will my products be shipped frozen?
They will not, they are shipped at room temperature which should be fine unless they get lost in the mail and it takes a week to get to you. Let us know! We want you to enjoy what you get, if it's gross, don't eat it! We'll ship you more, just send us a picture for our records.
Which of your products are gluten-free?
All of our products are certified gluten-free!
Do you offer vegan goodies?
Yes, the following products are vegan:

Can I eat your products if I have a nut, dairy or egg allergy?
While all of our breads are nut, egg, and dairy free we use pecans, butter, and eggs in our facility.
Do you use yeast?
We do not add yeast to our breads, we use a starter which is made from fermenting sorghum flour.
Are your products certified organic?
We are working towards that at the moment. Our ingredients are non-GMO,
gluten-free and soy-free. We take great pride in our ingredient sourcing but
some bulk items (like powdered sugar and baking soda) are difficult to obtain certified organic.
Are your products Kosher?
No, they are not.
Can I freeze your bread?
Yes, we do all the time! When you're hungry for it, put bread in the oven to reheat and freshen up the crust.
Temperatures and cook times vary depending on the product.

Can I freeze your cookies?
Yes, not a problem, they taste good either way!
When you remove them from the freezer, let cookies come to room temperature for 20 minutes.
Or eat them in your pajamas right from the freezer as a midnight snack!
Can you donate to or sponsor my event?
We'd love to hear about it. We do donations quarterly, typically on a first come first served basis.
